These terms govern the use of jinyunovelty.com and the purchase of products from Jinyu Novelty.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment terms are negotiated per order. We accept T/T bank transfer and PayPal.
4. Custom Orders & Logo Printing
For custom logo orders, the buyer is responsible for ensuring they have the right to use the submitted logo/design. Jinyu Novelty is not liable for trademark or copyright infringement in buyer-supplied designs.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure.
6. Intellectual Property
Molds and tooling paid for by the buyer remain the property of the buyer. Product designs developed by Jinyu Novelty remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
