Jinyu Novelty operates jinyunovelty.com. This policy explains what information the website collects, why it is used, and the choices available to visitors. It applies to website visits and inquiries submitted through this site.

Information You Provide

When you request a quote or contact us, we may receive your name, work email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, product requirements, quantity, destination, artwork links and any other information you choose to include.

Inquiry Source and Campaign Attribution

To understand which product pages and campaigns produce useful business inquiries, the site may store the first and most recent referring source, landing page, referring page and campaign parameters such as UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term. When present in the page URL or advertising cookies, the site may also record advertising click identifiers including Google Click ID (GCLID), WBRAID, GBRAID, Meta Click ID (FBCLID), FBC and FBP. These identifiers are stored with the related form-entry reference so an inquiry, quotation or order can be attributed to the correct campaign.

Campaign-attribution records may be visible in a restricted WordPress administration dashboard used by authorized Jinyu Novelty personnel. They are not treated as a public customer list, and historical cold-outreach contacts that did not submit a website inquiry are not imported into this advertising-attribution dashboard.

Information Collected by the Website

The site may record the page used to submit an inquiry, referring page, device category and campaign parameters so we can understand the request and respond with the correct product context. Essential storage is also used to remember your cookie choice and support site or form functionality.

Analytics and Advertising Technologies

With your consent, the site may load Google Analytics 4, connected Google Ads measurement and Meta Pixel to measure site use, campaign performance and inquiry activity. These services may use cookies or similar identifiers and may receive technical information such as browser, device, approximate location derived from IP address, visited pages and interaction events.

Successful inquiry submissions and contact-button interactions may generate measurement events such as a lead, WhatsApp click or email click. We do not intentionally include the buyer’s inquiry message, artwork link, quotation details or uploaded files in those browser measurement events.

Google Analytics, connected advertising measurement and Meta Pixel should not load when you choose “Essential Only.” You can change your choice through the “Cookie Settings” control in the site footer; the page reloads so the new choice can take effect.

Enhanced and Server-Side Advertising Measurement

The website may retain advertising click identifiers and lead-stage information so enhanced or server-side measurement can be configured later. As of the date above, the site’s advertising-attribution bridge does not automatically upload form email addresses or phone numbers to Google Ads Data Manager and does not automatically transmit lead records through Meta Conversions API. Those features require separate account authorization, configuration and review before activation. This policy will be updated if that implementation changes.

How We Use Inquiry Information

To answer product, sample, packaging, shipping and quotation questions.
To prepare and follow up on requested quotations or orders.
To distinguish a new inquiry, qualified opportunity, quotation, sample project or completed order.
To measure which advertising source or campaign produced a useful inquiry or order.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or production, testing, logistics and payment partners only when reasonably necessary for the requested project, subject to appropriate confidentiality and applicable law.

Retention and Security

Inquiry, attribution and order information is kept for as long as reasonably needed to manage the business relationship, evaluate campaign performance, meet legal or accounting duties, resolve disputes and protect against fraud. We use access controls and reputable hosting, form and email services, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your Choices and Requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information associated with your inquiry. We may need to verify the requester and may retain information where required for legal, accounting, security or dispute purposes.
