How Injection-Molding Capacity Is Reported
Local suppliers may describe injection machines by shot capacity using terms such as 8-ounce or 12-ounce machines. Jinyu does not convert those labels into an assumed universal tonnage. For a serious RFQ, the actual machine model, clamping force, shot size and mold/part suitability are confirmed before machine capability is presented to the buyer.
This allows plastic projects to be quoted around real part geometry, material, projected area, mold size and production volume rather than a generic website claim.

Capability Boundary
Jinyu does not claim that every catalog product is manufactured inside the 800 m² operating base, and does not claim ownership of every injection-molding, mold-making, finishing or specialist facility used for a project. The direct, direct-access and specialist-partner roles are identified for the exact RFQ.
The P1S nominal build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm, but practical geometry, orientation, supports, finish, tolerance and output are confirmed from the actual file rather than published as one universal production guarantee. Likewise, injection-molding machine size, mold capability, tolerance, resin grade, cycle time and production capacity are confirmed for the exact plastic project.
