1. Website Operator
jinyunovelty.com and the Jinyu Novelty brand are operated by Shantou Jinyu Toys Co., Ltd. / 汕头市金羽玩具有限公司, Chenghai District, Shantou, Guangdong, China. These terms govern use of the website and business transactions accepted by the operating entity unless a written quotation, proforma invoice, contract or purchase-order acknowledgement states otherwise.
2. Orders and Quotations
All quotations and orders are subject to product availability, specification review, artwork approval, packaging, compliance scope and written acceptance. The exact product, quantity, price, payment terms, production route, delivery term and beneficiary information shown in the accepted quotation or proforma invoice control the order.
3. Pricing & Payment
Currency, payment method, deposit, balance and banking or payment-platform details are stated in the applicable quotation or proforma invoice. Buyers should verify any change of beneficiary or payment details through the published Jinyu Novelty contact channels before sending funds.
4. Custom Orders & Buyer-Supplied Artwork
The buyer is responsible for ensuring it owns or is authorized to use submitted logos, trademarks, artwork, characters, names and other protected material. Jinyu may decline work that appears unlawful or unauthorized. Product, artwork, color, packaging and sample approvals should be confirmed before production.
5. Product Specifications, Samples & Tolerances
Product specifications, materials, dimensions, colors, functions, packaging, testing and normal manufacturing tolerances are project-specific. Where a physical sample, artwork proof, packaging proof or other approved reference is identified in writing, that reference forms part of the order-control record.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping route, Incoterm, freight scope and expected delivery timing are confirmed per order. Unless expressly guaranteed in writing, production and transit dates are estimates and may be affected by approvals, carriers, customs, weather, force majeure or other events outside reasonable control.
7. Tooling, Designs & Intellectual Property
Ownership and use rights for molds, tooling, CAD files, artwork, packaging files, product designs and development work depend on the written project agreement and who funded or supplied the relevant asset. No universal ownership rule is implied where the quotation or agreement states a different arrangement.
8. Claims and Liability
Inspection, defect, shortage, damage, return and remedy requirements should follow the applicable quotation, order confirmation and published policy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct losses relating to the affected goods or services and does not include indirect or consequential losses unless such limitation is prohibited by law.
