What is your minimum order quantity?
Some in-stock products may support smaller custom-logo trials after review. The final MOQ depends on the item, stock status, logo method, color, packaging and testing requirements. Custom colors, molds or complex packaging are quoted separately.
What should I send for an accurate quote?
Send the product link or reference photo, target quantity, logo file, packaging request, destination country and required delivery date. If you have a target budget or required certification route, include it in the first message.
Which logo methods are available?
Depending on the product surface and artwork, the practical route may include pad printing, silk-screen printing, UV printing, labels, insert cards or branded packaging. The method, print area and color limit are confirmed after artwork review.
Can I order a sample before bulk production?
Yes. The useful sample type may be a blank product, logo sample, packaging proof or pre-production sample. Availability, cost and timing are confirmed for the selected item and customization.
How long do samples and bulk production take?
Timing varies by item, artwork approval, quantity, packaging, testing and current production load. The sample plan and written quotation will state the applicable lead time, its starting milestone and the approvals required before production.
Quality, Testing and Shipping
Are all products CE, EN 71 or ASTM certified?
No blanket statement applies to every product. The relevant standard and documentation depend on the exact item, material, age grading, destination market and sales channel. Tell us the required market before quoting so the applicable report, existing documentation or new testing route can be checked.
How is product quality approved?
The appropriate checks depend on the product and order. Buyers should approve the artwork and sample or proof, then record the agreed color, logo position, packaging and inspection criteria before production. A third-party inspection can be discussed when required.
Can you arrange shipping?
Shipment options can be discussed for samples and bulk orders, including courier, air or sea routes. Freight is confirmed using the destination, carton data, quantity, delivery deadline and agreed Incoterm. Import duties, permits and local compliance remain subject to the buyer’s market and should be checked with the relevant local authority or broker.
Which payment methods and terms apply?
Payment method, deposit, balance and bank or payment-account details are stated in the formal quotation or proforma invoice. For fraud prevention, confirm any change of beneficiary details through the published Jinyu contact channels before paying.
