MOQ is 50 pieces per design. For OEM custom molds, MOQ starts at 500pcs.
Can I get samples first?
Yes. We ship 1-3 samples by DHL/FedEx (3-5 days). Sample cost is deductible from your bulk order.
What is the plate/setup fee for logo printing?
One-time fee $30-80 per design, depending on printing method and colors.
How long does production take?
5-7 days for standard orders. Peak season may take 10-15 days.
Can you customize logo and packaging?
Yes. Logo printing from 50pcs. Custom packaging from 500pcs.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T 30% deposit, 70% before shipment. Western Union and PayPal for small orders.
What is the delivery time?
7-15 days to EU/US by air express. 25-35 days by sea freight.
What file format for logo submission?
AI, PSD, PDF (300dpi), and high-res PNG files are accepted.
