Prepare a Better Custom Toy RFQ
This is Jinyu Novelty’s primary buyer-resource hub. Use it to prepare a product brief, compare quotations, approve samples, plan packaging, review compliance and move a successful first order toward repeat production.
Start with the task you need to complete. The pages listed here are maintained because they support a real buying decision; overlapping template articles have been consolidated or removed from indexing.

1. Start the First Inquiry
- Custom Toy RFQ Template — define the exact product, quantity, artwork, packaging, destination and required date.
- Low-MOQ Order Planning — decide whether the first order is an online bundle, stock-logo test, private-label project or OEM/ODM development.
- Quote Comparison Checklist — compare product, setup fees, sample, packaging, testing, carton, freight and payment assumptions on the same scope.
- Supplier Selection Checklist — review product evidence, communication, approvals and commercial risk.
2. Select the Product Direction
3. Maintained Product Buying Guides
These six pages are the primary maintained guides for their buying intent. Older overlapping templates now point users back to these pages and are excluded from indexing.
- Custom Mini Fan Buyer Guide — compare twenty independent 6688-series SKUs, logo, packaging, batteries and shipping inputs.
- Sensory Fidget Toys Buyer Guide — define the exact interaction, materials, branding, samples, packaging, claims and compliance.
- LED Light-Up Toys Buyer Guide — confirm function, battery configuration, sample tests, packaging and shipping scope.
- Retail Counter Display Toys Buyer Guide — structure assortments, display dimensions, barcodes, cartons, measurement and reorders.
- Desk Puzzle Gifts Buyer Guide — specify the puzzle mechanism, dimensions, logo surface, packaging and sample.
- Private-Label Toy Gift Sets Buyer Guide — control the product mix, bill of materials, packaging, approval samples and kitting.
4. Approve Artwork, Samples and Production
- Small-Order Artwork Guidelines
- Packaging and Artwork Checklist
- Sample Approval Checklist
- Production Quality-Control Checklist
- Toy Inspection Planning for Importers
- Lead-Time Risk Checklist
Eligible stock-product logo samples may use a standard 3–5 day stage and eligible production may use 7–15 days after the required approvals. New molds, special colors, complex packaging, fresh testing and peak-season capacity use a separate written schedule.
5. Review Compliance and Import Requirements
Compliance depends on the exact product, material, age grade, battery configuration, destination market and sales channel. A badge or report for another product is not universal proof.
6. Plan Shipping, Payment and Repeat Orders
7. Real Order and RFQ Cases
Case pages distinguish confirmed completed orders from quotation-stage projects. Buyer identities and confidential commercial terms are withheld.
- Repeat Twist Toy Order Case — an anonymized completed-order workflow for 18-section twist-toy batches in the 200–1,000 piece range.
- Heart-Shaped Stress Ball RFQ Case — a real quotation-stage case showing how a 75 mm round Pantone request was reframed as a transparent 70 mm heart-shaped alternative.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which resource should a first-time buyer use first?
Start with the RFQ template, low-MOQ planning guide and quote comparison checklist. Together they provide enough structure for an initial supplier review.
Does “low MOQ” apply to every product and customization?
No. MOQ is confirmed by product, stock, logo method, color, packaging and tooling. Selected stock-logo routes may start at 50 pieces, while more complex work uses a different quantity and schedule.
Are every product’s certifications available on the website?
No. Existing reports must be matched to the exact item and market. Fresh testing or additional documentation may be required.
Why were some older articles consolidated?
Multiple pages covering the same intent can split search relevance and create inconsistent advice. Jinyu now maintains a smaller set of stronger guides and removes unsupported or time-sensitive claims.
