Quote intake for Bambu Lab P1S projects
3D Printing RFQ: Send the File, Quantity & End Use
This page is the quotation intake route for Jinyu Novelty’s in-house Bambu Lab P1S FDM/FFF service. Use it for PLA/PETG prototypes, low-volume custom parts, bridge-production batches, display models, housings, jigs and selected consumer-product projects.
Fastest route: submit the project brief below, then send the 3D file by email if the current website form does not provide a file-upload field.
Information Needed for a Useful 3D Printing Quote
| 3D file / reference | STL, STEP/STP, 3MF, OBJ or another usable CAD export. If no print-ready file exists, send a sketch, photo or physical-reference description and state that modeling support is needed. |
|---|---|
| Quantity | Prototype quantity, first batch quantity and likely repeat quantity if known. |
| Overall dimensions | Length × width × height of the part, plus any dimension that is critical to fit or assembly. |
| Material | PLA or PETG if already known. If not, describe the intended use so the route can be reviewed. |
| End use | Visual prototype, fit-check part, functional prototype, display model, jig, housing, short-run end-use part or bridge production. |
| Critical features | Holes, mating faces, threads, snap fits, moving joints, inserts, assembly interfaces or surfaces that matter most. |
| Color / finish | Required color, visible-surface expectation and whether basic post-processing is needed. |
| Destination & deadline | Country, postal code and required arrival date. |
| Future production plan | State whether the part may later move into injection molding or another OEM/ODM production route. |
If You Already Have a 3D File
- Submit the project details in the form below.
- Email the STL/STEP/3MF/OBJ file to [email protected].
- Use the subject 3D Printing RFQ – File Attachment.
- Include your name/company so the file can be matched to the form submission.
If You Do Not Have a Print-Ready File
- Send a sketch, photo, dimensions or description.
- State whether you only need a visual model or a functional part.
- Identify any critical dimensions or mating parts.
- Modeling/engineering work is reviewed and quoted separately rather than assumed to be included in the print price.
Current In-House Capability Boundary
Jinyu’s verified in-house equipment is a Bambu Lab P1S using FDM/FFF filament printing. The nominal build volume is 256 × 256 × 256 mm and PLA/PETG are the current commonly used materials. Actual printable geometry, material choice, tolerance, finish, strength and throughput depend on the specific part and are confirmed before quotation.
This intake route is not presented for certified medical, aerospace, dental or other safety-critical additive-manufacturing work.
Submit the 3D Printing Project Brief
In the message field, include: quantity, overall dimensions, PLA/PETG preference if known, end use, critical dimensions/features, color/finish, destination and deadline. After submitting, email the 3D file using the attachment route above.
