Size, Feel and Printable Area
Jinyu can review the current standard round option and check whether a larger alternative is available. Diameter alone does not determine the result: foam feel, rebound, weight, curved printable area, carton efficiency and mold availability all affect the quotation.

Artwork and Color Approval
- Send vector artwork when possible and separate front/back files.
- State the preferred logo position and minimum readable text size.
- For custom color, provide the target reference and clarify the required physical approval method.
- Ask the confirmation to state print method, color count, setup cost and repeat-order policy.
- Use a physical sample when foam feel, rebound, body color or curved-surface print quality is important.
Standard Sample-to-Production Sequence
- Confirm diameter, quantity, color, artwork sides, packaging and destination.
- Review the proposed artwork layout and print method.
- Prepare the custom sample in 3–5 days.
- Approve the sample, body-color reference, logo and package contents.
- Complete standard bulk production in 7–15 days.
- Confirm QC, carton data and the selected shipping route.

Custom Shapes Require a Separate Scope
A character, mascot or original shape should first be checked against available molds. New tooling, prototypes, intellectual-property ownership and deeper OEM development are quoted separately from a round stock-mold logo project and use a separate schedule.
